Refunds

All Projectarian products are downloadable digital files. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be provided once a file has been downloaded, except where the product:

• does not match its description
• is not fit for its intended purpose
• is defective or of unacceptable quality
• is a duplicate purchase

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing to ensure the item meets your requirements.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before files have been downloaded. Once the files have been downloaded, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation, except in the circumstances described above.
