Shipping policy

All Projectarian patterns are downloadable digital files. No physical item will be shipped unless stated on the product page.

Digital Delivery

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your files will become available immediately for download. An account is automatically created during checkout if you don't already have one.

You can access your files in the following ways:

• Click the link included in your order confirmation email.
• Log into your Projectarian account and go to the Downloads section.

Your purchased files will remain available in your account, allowing you to download them again whenever you need them.

Troubleshooting

If you can't find your order confirmation email:

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Log into your Projectarian account and go to the Downloads section.
• If you still can’t access your file, please contact hello@projectarian.com.

Physical Products

Occasionally Projectarian may offer physical products. Where applicable, shipping costs, delivery methods and estimated delivery times will be shown on the relevant product page and during checkout.
